Cisco Meeting Server Cloud Connector Metrics
When you enable the Cisco Meeting Server Cloud Connector service, Meeting Management sends metrics to the Webex Cloud.
Cisco receives the following metrics:
Information about Meeting Management
- Uptime
- Hostname
- ID of the organization it is connected to in the Webex Cloud
- ID and name of the cluster it is assigned to in Control Hub
- Software version
- Number of user accounts on each instance
- Number of users that have signed in recently
- Licensing mode
UUID for Meeting Management instances
Information about your Meeting Servers
- Uptime
- Software version
- clusterId of connected Meeting servers
- hostID of each Call Bridge
- Status of the connection between Meeting Management and each Call Bridge
Information about call volume
- Highest number of call legs started per second
- Highest number of call legs ended per second
- Number of active call legs on each Call Bridge
Information about meetings
- Meeting UUID. For privacy reasons, this is a random number that is not connected to the Meeting ID or other identifiable details.
- hostID of the Call Bridge that hosts the meeting
- Start and end time of meetings
- Whether meetings are scheduled or unscheduled
- Number of unique participants
- Highest number of participants
- Number of participants of each call type
- Length of recording and streaming sessions
- Whether meetings have been viewed in Meeting Management
