Meeting details page for scheduled meetings

Meeting details page for scheduled meetings has no End meeting button. However, it has an Edit in TMS button which takes you to the meeting's editing page in TMS.

Note: The Edit in TMS button works as a hyperlink. If you right-click the button, you can choose to open in a new tab, copy link to paste in a different browser, etc.

The table below explains the icons that you see on the top of the meetings details page.

Event logs Event logs give a timeline for what happened in a meeting
Lock Lock meetings to keep some or all participants out of an active meeting
Edit in TMS Takes you to the meeting's editing page in TMS.

Set layout for all

Change the video layout for all participants.
Pane placement Place connected participants in specific panes in an active meeting.
Move to lobby

In a locked meeting, move specific or all participants to lobby. It is enabled only when the meeting is locked.

Add participants Add new participants or call back disconnected participants
Move participants

In active meetings, choose one or more participants to move them to a different meeting

More options are available for meetings : Audio mute on entry, Video mute on entry, Recording and Streaming

  • Audio mute on entry - Forces new participants to be muted when they join.

  • Video mute on entry - Forces new participants to be video muted when they join.

  • Recording - Start recording a meeting or stop an ongoing recording if a recorder is configured on the Meeting Server

  • Streaming - Start or stop streaming if streaming is configured on the Meeting Server with a streaming URI set for the meeting

Mute all Mute audio for all or selected participants in a meeting
Unmute all Unmute audio for all or selected participants in a meeting
Clear all importance Clear importance for all participants

You can select the check boxes that are listed against each participant to manually track, who have joined the meeting.

The table below explains the icons that you see against the participants in a meeting.

Stop video for selected participant in a meeting

Make important and pin to top Participant will be marked as important with a blue star and pinned at the top of the participant list

More options are available for meetings : Call, Move to lobby, Snapshot

  • Call - Redial a participant to the meeting. It is enabled only when the participant gets dropped from the meeting.

  • Move to lobby - Move specific participant to lobby. It is enabled only when the meeting is locked.

  • Snapshot - Take snapshot of selected participants in a meeting

Drop Drop participant from the meeting

Note: The participant names in the checklist for scheduled participants appear as they were scheduled in TMS, and the list is not updated to align with the participant names that are received from the Meeting Server when the meeting is active.

For instance, the same participant can be registered with a different name on TMS than the one registered on the Meeting Server, or participants can choose to join the meeting from a different video endpoint than scheduled.
