Call Bridge

The Call Bridge panel allows you to configure the settings for the Call Bridge service.

  1. Enter the following details:

    Field Name

    Action

    SIP Proxy

    Enter the FQDN or IP address of the SIP Proxy that will receive outbound calls from the Meeting Server.

    Encryption

    Select the encryption mode (TLS) for the connection.

    Media encryption for SIP calls

    Select the required option from the drop-down list.

    ActiveControl

    Enable ActiveControl permissions for all the participants.

    When this option is enabled, it creates a callLegProfile and systemProfile to enable ActiveControls for participants by default. Note: these settings are not enabled by default in the Meeting Server.

     

  3. When the correct details are provided, the configuration of the Call Bridge panel is successfully completed.
  4. Note: Ensure that all the details are entered to save your settings successfully.

  1. The Next button is enabled and by clicking on it , you are navigated to the next panel, based on your chosen deployment.

Error Scenario

An error message is displayed and the Next button is disabled in case of the following scenario:

  • If the entered SIP Proxy detail is incorrect.
    Solution: You must provide a valid IP address/ FQDN.
