What is new in 3.10 for video operators

  • Space creation has been extended for video operators by adding Spaces tab in the Meeting Management UI.

  • Meetings page has been redesigned to include:

    • Video mute on entry option, which allows the administrator/video operator to disable or mute the participant’s video while joining a meeting, regardless of their video settings.

    • Restricting the meeting audio and/or video, by administrator/video operator, from being transmitted to selected participants in an ongoing meeting by introducing two checkboxes in participant level settings.

    • Creating and applying different pane placement arrangements, called models, for every participant.

    • Enabling or disabling content sharing privileges for selected participants during an ongoing meeting.
