Pane placement enabled

Pane placement is a new feature which is available with Cisco Meeting Server via its API. Pane placement cannot be in use at the same time as importance, so if pane placement is enabled for a meeting, importance is disabled.

The label Pane placement enabled is displayed so you know at a glance that this is a non-standard meeting where some features are disabled.
